It's true that for all intents and purposes this game is no longer really supported, and hasn't been for a while. NOPE! Posted a review and tried to warn other players away from the headache I had to endure. All and all I spent about 12 hours trying to solve the issues and only about 5 hours of play before I finally said. I did all the debugging hardware & steam fixes I could find.

Just the basic 10 connected boxes at most. I did not have any of the complex container systems set up yet that I had planned for this new play-through. I did not have container loops or any of the old performance hindering mistakes I made when I started this game at the beginning. Or somewhere else if you do some digging.Īs for the systems requirements all my hardware is well above stated requirements & this system is far better than the old one I ran this game on years ago. Normally they are listed under the about us section in the company website. Not many and those I could find I could not verify either their position in the company or job title.

I checked recent posts from moderators as well. I used to do feedback for them a few years ago Got a hold of one they said they had moved onto other projects and could not help. Couldn't find a contact or community manager to get a hold of. After about a week of no response I decided to do some digging in the forums. So I went to the website and got the email for craneballs. After that did not work I looked for the link in the game files. Tried to make a bug report via in-game link. Here is some of the things I did before posting this warning to potential buyers. On top of that I worked as a systems admin. I am a part time Q&A tester, I also do graphic design and as a hobby I create content for games.
